[Owncloud] Migration 3.02 to V4 RC2 : failed on strictstandards (sqlite3) solved but ????

Strict standards solved on a clean install and a migration install.
- But the migration install failed to analyze files.
No message except 'analysing files' but no files loaded.
- Apparently contacts and events migrated but unable to add or edit
contacts
- Unable to add tasks or version apps for example
- able to disable pictures, but unable to re-able it
- able to create a file, but unable to edit it or even to visualaize the
actions,... download, edit...
- able to upload a photo but not to display it
