[Owncloud] selection of an app doesn't work with last git version

Hi,
I have a problem with a freshly cloned git master branch.
Weirdly, it happens on one of my machine (running kubuntu 12.04, for
what that matters), not on my laptop (last debian)
I might be doing something silly, but I don't see what it is.
I don't want to file this in the bugtracker, because it seems related
to the apache/php setup, rather than to ownCloud.

I am cc'ing fosterfeld, who experiences the same issue.
