[Owncloud] File Sharing Broken? (2nd try)

File Sharing seems to be broken, I'm using the latest pull from git... 
Sharing via email doesn't send an email, sharing via a link - the link 
doesn't work. This error is thrown when trying to activate sharing 
between users:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'OC\\Util' not found in 
/var/www/owncloud/apps/files_sharing/ajax/share.php on line 27, referer: 
https://example.com/index.php?dir=/tmp

I also submitted a bug earlier today, regarding spaces in the file names 
of shared objects:
