[Owncloud] How to get web server's authentication work?

I'd like to know this also. Especially I want them to authenticate via accounts created in ISPConfig.
 Is it possible?

 Hello. I am using Kerberos for authentication from LAN and x509 certificates authentication for authentication from the outside the LAN. In my Apache httpd browser I can easyly configure these authentication mechanisms.
