[Owncloud] Regarding Bug oc-255 another unix user auth / pwauth issue - suid this time

Hi

I am a newbie in owncloud. I just configured owncloud on my localhost and
enabled Unix user. I created a new user from admin account . I tried to
change his password but it says "Unable to change password"

I am not quite able to understand from description what is the problems Can
you tell me in a little detail what is to be done
