[Owncloud] scalable ownCloud setup for university department

Hi Frank and Jos,
I got a private reply about this subject from Simon Opitz of isx-software.de
.
He is figuring out more details about some tests he is running on a 60k+
users setup.
I'll ask him to reply to the ml once the results of the tests are ready.
