[Owncloud] Huge external mount directory

Hello everyone, i want to include a external directory into owncloud.
The whole directory is about 5,5 TB and has about 124665 Files.
On first acces it takes a long time and after 120 seconds it stops
(php execution limit)
after that only some directories and files are in owncloud but not everything.

So is there a possibility torebuild the whole filesystemcache etc from
commandline ?
