[Owncloud] Setting up owncloud with PostgreSQL

No it was not in my /etc/php5/cli/php.ini or in
my /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini.
I tried adding that to both and restarted apache2, but no improvement.

On the other hand, no extension=mysql.so is written, but it works
perfectly with MySQL ?
