[Owncloud] upgrading owncloud

Hi

The upgrading instructions simply say :

To upgrade your ownCloud instance, just replace the files with the new
set from the download. Leave the config/ folder and data/ folder
intact to preserve your data. The upgrade will happen automatically
when you first login.

For the uninformed, how do I unzip 4.0.3 over 4.0.0 without
overwriting data/ and config/?

Also, is there a plan to make this a button click operation ala Joomla, etc?
