[Owncloud] Upgrade from 3.0.2 to 4.0.2

Hi all, i recently upgraded my working OC 3.0.2 to 4.0.2.
Firstly, it scanned for files but only shows some files. For other active users no files show even though there are files/folders in their data dir.

Secondly i was testing OC 4.0.2 using a different dir & DB on the same server and the mail link feature worked great with no configuration but now since upgrading 3.0.2 to 4.0.2 it doesn't work at all.

Your help is much appreciated.
