[Owncloud] [OC4] WebDAV : "precondition failed" after editing a file with cadaver

Hello fellow Owncloud users,

First, a big thank you for initiating this project which allows users to 
easily get back control of their own files!

I am currently evaluating whether I can use Owncloud 4 on my Sheevaplug 
running Debian 6.0.5 with apache (2.2.16-6+squeeze7). I am experiencing 
issues when accessing my shares over WebDAV.

One of these problems occurs when using cadaver (0.23.3-1 from an Ubuntu 
12.04 machine). I get a "precondition failed" error (attached is a 
session log) after I edit a file.

I have tried looking on the ML archives about this issue(1) but the 
closest I could find pertains to the 0-byte issue which does not seem to 
be the same problem (although there is a mention of my error). A search 
on the forums with "precondition" does not yield any results. Same thing 
for the bug tracker.

Does this rings a bell to anyone? I can provide some more logs if needed 
but I am not sure which ones. I have indeed peeked a look at my apache 
{error,access}.log without seeing anything obvious (but I might be wrong).
