[Owncloud] Mozilla sync integration project

Hi,

It's broken since c9be9ab251681d96cfb620ca26778ba0005023d3.
@Michał: could you please remove the OCP\App::register call.
@Devs: Imo we should rather declare the function as deprecated than remove it at all, do you all agree?
