[Owncloud] Continuous Integration Server for ownCloud projects

That's really great! If I wasn't about to leave for vacations I would help
on this.

    - jslint doesn't like our code ;-/ - is it us or jslint. I'd be happy
> to get some feedback from the JavaScript hackers in the community

Most of the warning are related to the undeclared variables as jslint needs
some configuration to parse multiple files correctly as it is stated here
[1].
There are also various implementations that handle it properly.
