[Owncloud] All Day Calendar Events

I'm using the latest version of OC, pulled from git. When I create an 
all day event in the calendar it spans two days (reference first screen 
shot). I tried manually setting the time, which at one point produced 
the second screen shot. I tried other time formats and managed to 
produce some log complaints:

The server is set to UTC and my local is EST, not sure if that makes a 
difference or not...

In other experimentation, the ace-editor has been solid and overall 
ownCloud is looking really good!
