[Owncloud] Owncloud juju charm available

Hi!

Atul Jha has submitted an owncloud charm to juju and I thought it
would be appropriate to mention this on the list:

juju is a deployment tool for the cloud, what this means for owncloud
is that we now make it pretty trivial to push it to bare metal,
openstack, or EC2. Currently the charm uses sqlite, but Atul is also
working on having it use mysql. It also uses the latest upstream
version of owncloud, but will likely just install the package when
owncloud is updated on Ubuntu.

Anyway I hope this gets owncloud out to more people!
