[Owncloud] ownCloud 3 in OpenSUSE 11.3 error

I follow this page to install ownCloud 3 in OpenSUSE!

http://software.opensuse.org/search?baseproject=ALL&lang=de&p=2&q=owncloud

this one: isv:ownCloud:owncloud3/openSUSE_11.3<http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/ownCloud:/owncloud3/openSUSE_11.3>

But always got a error message like this message! I can't find any config
directory in /srv/www/htdocs/owncloud

I reinstall owncloud in Ubuntu 10.10 and it work! I found config directory
in owncloud on Ubuntu!

So maybe you lost something in OpenSUSE rpm package?!
