[Owncloud] Missing old tags in new github repository

Hi!

The new git repo on github.org seems to be lacking many tags.

`git tag -l` in the gitorious repo gives me:
> v3.0
> v3.0.1
> v4.0.0
> v4.0.0RC
> v4.0.0RC2
> v4.0.0beta
> v4.0.1
> v4.0.3
> v4.0.4
> v4.0.5
> v4.0.6
> v4.0.7
> v4.5.0alpha1

but in the github repo, I only get:
> v4.5.0beta1


Will you keep pushing new tags unto the githup repo? 
Could you also push the old tags, just for the sake of completeness?
