[Owncloud] localization and encoding issues

Dear ownclound developers,

I would like to draw your attention to two minor issues which are of
relevance especially for German speaking owncloud users:

* In order to make owncloud more easy to use for people how do not
speak English, the menu item »Files« should be called »Dateien« (or
similarly) in the German localization. The term »files« might be
known even by many German computer users. Such English terms, however,
can be major obstacles for some users especially if they use
computers and the internet only occasionally.

* I put some pictures into a directory (via webdav on a Ubuntu 12.4
system) having some UTF8-encoded umlauts (äöü) in its name.
Owncloud's picture view seems to have some encoding issues. The
directory name was scrambled and no pictures were shown. In the file
view, however, everything was fine. After renaming the directory
from »foo_ü_bar« to »foo_ue_bar« all pictures were presented.
