[Owncloud] ownCloud 4.5 announcement planing

Hey Frank,

we should also announce the upgrade path. Direct upgrade is only 
supported from OC 4.0, but not from OC 3. It needs and intermediate step 
to 4.0 before finally upgrading to 4.5.
