[Owncloud] Moving the Data and Config Directories

Where can a person make changes so that the V4.0.x data and config 
directories are not located with the core owncloud binaries?

For example:

Move them to say /var/owncloud_prod/
                             -------------------------> data
                             -------------------------> config

In this way when an owncloud update is done it does not trash the 
existing server data and configuration.
