[Owncloud] folder "clientsync" will not be shown in web interface

Hi Martin,

I just committed a patch to the master and stable4 branch. So the bug
should be fixed with the next bugfix release.

If you want to apply the fix to your installation you can find it
here[1].

This does not fix the file cache if it is already broken. But prevent
it to happen again for new user accounts.
