[Owncloud] folder "clientsync" will not be shown in web interface

it's definitely a bug, we also have a bug report[1] for it. It seems
like it only happens if you didn't login over the web interface before
using the sync client.

If you create a user, login to the web interface and than start the
sync client the directory shows up in the web interface. Can you
confirm this? I will look into it during the next days to find a
solution.
