[Owncloud] Automatic user and quota creation

Hi All,

 I'm wondering how can I provide test accounts to my prospects in the future.
 My plan is: the prospect fills out a form (on my webpage, built using Joomla), and (s)he receives an email with a username/password. After this (s)he will be able to login and upload and download files to/from my server with a limited quota, and the account automatically disables itself after a certain time.

 Is it achievable? Can I somehow call a php module on the ownCloud server from Joomla to do this? With this operation can I somehow trigger a scheduled task on my (Ubuntu) ownCloud server that will disable this account at the desired time?
