[Owncloud] Status of oc dev demo

I cleaned up the dev demo to a level to be alright again I reckon.
One thing I haven't figured out yet. Where are the "apps" saved which show
up in the installed apps settings page? I removed them in the apps/ dir and
in the database...
Anyway hope it's at least usable again.
