[Owncloud] regression tests?

Hi!

I noticed some new code breaking some other code in current master. to
prevent this, it would be nice to use regression tests. i'll fix the
current problem, and also add a regression test to prevent this
happening again. but that's where i need the help of other people:

we should all run the regression tests when merging a branch, a
changeset or a pull request into master.

Is there a process for this? Who's in charge of this? Frank? Please
let me know how to proceed.
