the owncloud packages is under agpl
see:
head COPYING-AGPL -n 2
                    GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
                       Version 3, 19 November 2007



but in 3rdparty dir there is:

"cat  COPYING-README
HTTP is three clause BSD licence
MDB2 uses a custom licence in the BSD style
User is AGPL
XML/RPC is both MIT and PHP License

The rest all licenced under the PHP License see packages/ directory
for details"



Are this files of 3rdpary dir under PHP License?
If so could this be changed?

could they be removed from owncloud project?
And could this packages be uses from php packages like php5-pear?

And we just add a dependency to it.
