[Owncloud] Image Hosting

As mentioned in the previous mails, could you move the development of
Gallery (should it be named Pictures?) from master to a branch while it’s
not done?

It should not be in the stable release when it’s not ready, we also said
that in the beta time there should be no new features started. Otherwise
we’ll get tons of reports about the app missing functions, not working
properly etc.
