[Owncloud] New app for task management

To do this in a proper way, we'd have to establish a database where apps can 
be registered using a unique name like org.owncloud.calendar, 
org.owncloud.tasks etc. which also supports versioning of the apps.

It looks like http://apps.owncloud.com/ isn't ready yet, although it is 
already pointed at here: http://owncloud.org/contribute/writing-apps-plugins/

Will apps.owncloud.com support such features? Will it be based on 
OpenDesktop/OCS?
