[Owncloud] New install and some troubles

Also:

-- I can't create new folders: I set the folder name and press <RETURN> 
and nothing happends
-- The name of the files does not appears on the files view (only the 
extension)

I can reinstall the whole cloud system (if needed)

Please, any help?
