[Owncloud] Adress and Calendar Import?

You can't import your old data via the web interface currently, if you thought 
of uploading an *.ics file or similar.

Yet you can connect your ownCloud calendars & contacts to your desktop client, 
e.g. Kontact / Evolution, and then do an import of calendar and contacts data 
from a file into the calendar or address book there.
