[Owncloud] File editor testing

Hi Tom,
I just switched to the ace-editor branch and I really like it. I
discovered something than can be improved:

When a text file greater than 2mb is opened, it takes some time for the
file to load. However, there is no "file loading" indicator. It would be nice to
have some kind of indicator on the menubar portion of ownCloud (where the
breadcrumbs are displayed) that says
"filename.cpp is loading - circular indicator thingy- cancle button."
Hope this is not too much to ask.

This may also come in handy for the pdf viewer implementation and the webodf
integration.

Thanks,
Bugzy
