[Owncloud] ownCloud 2 release announcement

Hello,

October 11th gets nearer, and I just finished the first draft of the release 
announcement. For your convenience not to search for my previous mail, you can

I think it still needs some more revisions before we can say it's finished, so 
I'd be happy to hear your thoughts & ideas on it.
