[Owncloud] Backup ownCloud?

I regularly run a script to backup my calendars and contacts (from memotoo.com)
and now that I've changed to ownCloud I'd like to do the same. I found the *.ics link
but can't download it with wget like I use to.

Is there any way to pass a login/token so I download the actual calendar instead of the
login screen?

Tried http authentication, but (off course) that didn't work.

wget --http-user=XXXXX --http-password=XXXXX -O cal.ics http://owncloud.xxxxx.net/apps/calendar/export.php?calid=1
