[Owncloud] rewrite bug in apache: 500 internal server error

After doing a git pull today I get a 500 internal server error when I open my owncloud.

Apache log says: .htaccess: Invalid command 'RewriteEngine', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

It seems to me that Sean Leonard / commit 70014c4fd02f3bda7c92f68ffee8b787b223022f is the sinner.
