[Owncloud] including other GPL projects in owncloud

I had a look at the demo site and it's functionality looks sufficient and better 
than a lot of other RSS readers. Plus it requires only PHP and 
MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Regarding it's looks it's "just" a matter of styling it to the ownCloud style.
