[Owncloud] [Sharing] Making the "Shared" folder a bit more "special" :)

I don't particually like the use of that as the folder name as well
and I'm planning on fixing that soon. I'll give a brief outline of the
'future' of sharing. The Shared folder will get switched to a list of
the files that you are sharing with people and the files shared with
you will get their own entry in the root directory with an icon to
identify them as files shared with you. There will also be a Public
folder to drag and drop files to create public links. I would like to
do the same with Shared, but I'm not sure it will work because of the
requirement of a user name to share with. I'm still working out the
specifics of the user interaction and I'm thinking about sharing
things like calendar events and bookmarks. I'm very busy so don't
expect anything too soon, unless of course someone would like to help
out.
I do like your idea about removing the upload button and this can be
used for shared folders that you don't have edit permission as well.
I'll try to implement this soon.
