[Owncloud] Directory is readable from web

[cloakable]

I get this error when I set the data directory to /home (for easy 
personal webdav sharing of homedirs), yet not when I set it to /data in 
the owncloud directory, which is also very much readable from the web 
(tested).

What gives?
