We are planning to develop a new website for ownCloud. If you are interested 
you can help on this (please see the other mail I just sent)

If you prefer working on ownCloud, I think you should join the IRC to discuss 
with developers how you can help. Otherwise, my advice would be to check the 
current project status and find out what you can improve or add.
