Aaron:

I already have one critique on the webOS app.  I wonder why you are using 
the standard XMLHttpRequest to handle the login, when you could just 
use a webOS webservice, which handles both json and xml parsing, 
retrieval, and error handling for you.  It would make the code simpler, and 
allow it to benefit from api improvements.  Just a thought.
