[Owncloud] Syncing Service

Hello Mates,

i've heard that anyone works hard on a sync tool for the owncloud. 
So i would like to know, where the Sourcecode is placed actually. In 
webgit.kde.org i havent fount anything.
Can anyone helping out with  that?
I'm planning to test it inside the Plasma Active Project.
