[Owncloud] Maintainers for contacts app needed

I'm just starting to get my hands dirty in the code and am still taking baby 
steps ;-)
The contacts app looks interesting and - after I have earned my badges on 
fixing papercuts - I might like to be a co-maintainer. I don't think I will be 
able to be the only maintainer as I sometimes have to take longer breaks due 
to a severe burn-out some years ago.
