[Owncloud] please implement server-side encryption

Cleaning up the wiki, I thought you might be interested in the two
(probably highly outdated) pages regarding encrypted file storage:

Let me know if they are of use or whether they are obsolete.

Since SpiderOak seems to be a popular "secure" alternative to Dropbox
which offers encryption, it is probably good to also have a look at their
