[Owncloud] GSoC , ownCloud Sync Client

Hi all,
Firstly, I thank all for selecting me to work on ownCloud as a part of 
GSoC 2011.

Also I am right now elaborating the Time Line , and refining the scope 
of my project.
This i feel is necessary to accomplish the proposed work in a timely 
fashion.

I would put up all the above said in the ownCloud wiki, would that be 
the right place to
put this up ?
