[Owncloud] [GSoC] Synchronization Proposal

I have posted a proposal to create a local file synchronization application for OwnCloud for GSoC.

Abstract:
This project will involve the creation a synchronization application that will keep a local directory and a remote folder in an OwnSync installations up to date with each other. Both an easy to use client and a 
readily available library will be created to allow for users and developers alike to store files remotely in the cloud. A server side plugin will be created to facilitate this. This project will be based on the already 
existing project OwnSync.
