[Open-collaboration-services] Comment status should contain comment ID

Hi,
    When a new comment request is sent to the server, the request contains
success/error codes. It will be helpful if it also returns the ID of the
newly posted comment so that applications can know which comment was
actually posted, in case more than one add comment request was posted.
    Can we add it to the current spec?
