The slowness is still present in Okular 26.08.1 when typing inline notation,

STEPS:
1) open okular, and select inline notation,
2) start typing using Arabic keyboard

Observed result:
The character appear delayed inside both yellow boxes


NB: the slowness is gone from pop-up and typewriter notation.
