Or, since earlier today, building Poppler master and Okular master will also
work.

This will be available with Okular 26.12 if built against Poppler 26.10 or
later with the NSS backend. Hopefully support for GpgME backend will also be
merged before release.

Tested with 
A thales safenet token acquired thru Sertigo connected to a spanish root (NSS
only, Qualified Signature) and
a ertificate acquired thru Digicert placed on a yubikey token (Advanced
Signature)
