For RTL documents this should be an error.

Pages are displaed in reverse order.

When I open a book in Arabic and select Facing Pages as View Mode, the pages
are displayed in reverse order. So Page 1 is on the left, Page 2 to the
right...etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an Arabic document. 
2. Select Facing pages in View Mode

OBSERVED RESULT

Odd-numbered pages go on the left, even-numbered on the right.

EXPECTED RESULT

Odd-numbered pages to the right, even-numbered to the left.
