Yes, please add OCR to the tools menu directly as a GUI action for a single
file but also as batch for a full folder.

Even more, it would be great to have users select the OCR engine, e.g tesseract
as standard but also PaddleOCR which is gaining traction:

It's results are much better than the old tesseract.
