DESCRIPTION
I have created a form/fillable PDF file, with a specific tab order. When
testing it on other PDF viewers, (example https://www.pdfgear.com/read-pdf/)
the tab order is respected. On Okular however, it seems that the order is left
to right, top to bottom. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open PDF file with tab order set up
2. click on field and press tab to cycle through the field order

OBSERVED RESULT
fields cycle in a left-right, top-down order.

EXPECTED RESULT
fields cycle according to the pre-set tab order during PDF creation.

KDE Frameworks Version: 6.29.0
Qt Version: 6.10.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Flatpak install.
